NVisionIT maintains a database of available IT professionals. In turn, our business partners can search these records to locate qualified professionals to fill available positions within their company or a client's company. These positions offered may be contract, contract-to-hire, short or long term, temporary or permanent positions depending on the needs of the business at that time.

NVisionIT provides an opportunity for our business partners to access a secure database containing a listing of all available IT professionals that may fill their unique business needs.

The Process

IT professionals seeking job placement list their resume in our unique database. This information contains details such as contact information, location, skills, education and employment history. All listed information can be queried in many different ways making it easy for our partners to locate professionals with the required qualifications needed for open positions. Queries will return a listing of all professionals who meet or exceed the needs of the employment position. At this point, by prior agreement, our partners contact the professional directly and NVisionIT moves to the background.

When a professional is able to secure a position through a partner a direct relationship is maintained between the partner and the professional. At this time the professional then becomes an employee or subcontractor of the partner. The partner pays a small fee to NVisionIT each time they are able to match a professional to a job position using our database service.

The relationship between the professional and partner ends at the term of the contract. At this time the professional is free to to apply for another position or continue on if the original contract is extended.

Both the professional and the partner have the right to refuse any job position or contract.
